Its an oldest art The word "Ebre" which means "Marbled, grained" and used in one of Middle Asia languages is the first known name of art of marbling. This increase in spread with Iran Silk Road and it is named as "Abru" (water surface) or "ebri" (just like cloud). Later, this increase is named as "Ebru" when it spread in Anatolia with Turks and this word is being used since then.Known as "Marbling" in Europe, Ebru spread in Europe with the name of "Turkish Paper". marbling is considered as abstract Besides visual grace, therapeutic characteristic of marbling is unique.I do marbeling on my scarves and ties .
