Eastern cultural and traditional Arab refers to the cultural and traditional practices found in the Eastern Arab countries, primarily those in the Arabian Peninsula, such as Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates.

Living in Arab country i had learned a lot from my friends circle.the dress, food & occasions.

Here are some key aspects of Eastern Arab culture and tradition:

1.Islam: Islam plays a significant role in the lives of Eastern Arabs, and it influences their cultural practices. Islamic values, teachings, and rituals are deeply integrated into daily life, including prayer, fasting during Ramadan, and adherence to Islamic laws and customs.

2. Hospitality: Eastern Arabs are known for their warm hospitality and generosity towards guests. It is customary to offer dates, coffee, and other refreshments to visitors as a sign of welcome.

3.Traditional Clothing: Traditional clothing varies across the Eastern Arab countries, but the common attire for men is the thobe or dishdasha, a long white robe, often worn with a head covering called a ghutra or shemagh. Women typically wear an abaya (a loose black cloak) and may also cover their heads with a hijab or niqab.

4.Cuisine: Eastern Arab cuisine is rich and diverse. Traditional dishes often include lamb, chicken, rice, and a variety of spices such as saffron, cardamom, and cinnamon. Popular dishes include mandi, biryani, kabsa, and falafel.

5.Traditional Music and Dance: Traditional Arab music and dance are an integral part of Eastern Arab culture. Instruments such as the oud (lute), darbuka (goblet drum), and qanun (zither) are commonly used. Traditional dances like the dabke, a line dance performed at celebrations, weddings, and festivals, are also popular.

6.Art and Calligraphy: Arab art and calligraphy have a long history in the region. Arabic calligraphy is considered a highly esteemed art form, and it is often used to adorn mosques, buildings, and other decorative items. Traditional Arab art often features geometric patterns and intricate designs.

7.Camel Culture: Camels hold a special place in Eastern Arab culture, especially in the desert regions. They have been historically used for transportation, trade, and as a source of food and milk. Camel racing and camel beauty pageants are popular traditional activities.

7.Traditional Festivals: Eastern Arabs celebrate various traditional festivals and events. For example, Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha are important religious festivals celebrated after Ramadan and the Hajj pilgrimage, respectively. These festivals involve family gatherings, feasting, gift-giving, and acts of charity.

It's important to note that Arab culture is diverse, and there can be variations in customs and traditions across different regions and communities within the Eastern Arab countries.
